Water Sub-Metering is the implementation of a system that allows a landlord, property management firm, condominium association, homeowners association, or other multi-tenant property to bill tenants for an individual measured utility usage and the common areas.
How do we do it?
Water meters are equipped with communication enabled devices that are used to transmit specific water consumption information from multifamily dwellings to a central point on the property. From there on, the data is passed via commercial communications infrastructure & RF to a central processing point where data is stored, processed and made available to the Property Manager
